| We had just arrived at our destination after a long day of waiting in line at the airport for hours, the actual flight, and the drive from Albuquerque. The late afternoon light was approaching what many refer to as "the golden hour", that hour before sunset when the shadows lengthen and bring out the shape of all forms to perfection. Other guests in Rancho Jacona were out painting too, so I hurriedly opened my suitcase to dig out my paints and sat down to record the scene.. |
