| This spring is found at the base of the Rio Grande canyon north of Taos, near Questa. Here the Rio Grande has carved a canyon about 800 feet deep, offering spectacular scenery. The day of my hike here, a hailstorm struck just as I reached the bottom, so the painting was done in the studio from photos only. |
